- Text, images, or voice inputs you submit to AI features
- AI-generated responses produced for you.
- AI usage statistics (e.g., token consumption per month).
2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve TaskBot's features.

- Tailor task suggestions, daily tips, or greetings (for example, celebrating your birthday or generating task ideas related to your hobbies).

3. AI Data Processing
TaskBot's AI features are powered by third-party providers such as xAI's Grok API. Your inputs may be securely transmitted to these providers to generate AI responses.
We do not sell or use your AI inputs for advertising or profiling.
Please avoid entering sensitive personal, financial, or health information into AI prompts.
3A. AI Disclaimer (Privacy Context)
While we strive to make TaskBot's AI features helpful and accurate, AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or unintended content.
AI suggestions should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs within the App.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (e.g., Apple for payments, Firebase and iCloud for storage, xAI for AI processing).
- Legal authorities, if required by law or subpoena.
- Analytics partners, using aggregated and anonymized data to improve app performance.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored securely using Firebase and Apple iCloud, with encryption in transit and at rest.
- API keys and credentials are managed securely on our servers.
- Optional profile details (like birthday and hobbies) are stored securely and never shared for marketing or advertising.
- While we take reasonable precautions, no system is entirely immune to unauthorized access.
6. Location & Notifications
- Location data is used only for contextual suggestions such as nearby places and weather updates.
- Push notifications are used for reminders, updates, and AI-generated insights.
You may disable these features at any time in your device settings.
