TaskBot is a productivity and task management app that helps users organize tasks, notes, and schedules with optional AI-powered assistance. AI features may offer tips, summaries, and recommendations, but results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskBot. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using TaskBot, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. AI Disclaimer

TaskBot uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and insights. While we aim for useful results, AI content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended.

• You are solely responsible for how you use AI suggestions.
• We do not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from reliance on AI outputs.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

TaskBot offers paid subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: 7.99/month
• Premium Plan: 9.99/month (includes 3x more AI usage)
• Platinum Plan: 12.99/month (includes 5x more AI usage)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Location & Notifications

TaskBot may request permission to use:

• Location Services for weather updates and nearby-place recommendations.
• Push Notifications for reminders and updates.

These permissions are optional but may limit features if disabled.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

TaskBot may optionally collect profile details such as your date of birth and hobbies to personalize your AI experience. Providing this information is entirely optional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TaskBot for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App's code or services.
• Interfere with TaskBot's security or functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated or third-party data.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

TaskBot may display or link to third-party content such as YouTube videos, online stores, or nearby places of interest. These are provided for convenience only. We do not own, control, or endorse such content and are not responsible for their accuracy, safety, or availability. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunrise Inventions, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of TaskBot, violation of these Terms, or reliance on AI or third-party information.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Hampshire, except for claims that qualify for small-claims court.

12. Attribution

TaskBot integrates third-party technologies, including but not limited to Firebase, Apple iCloud, Google Maps, YouTube, WeatherKit, and Grok by xAI. Use of these features constitutes agreement with their respective terms and attributions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of TaskBot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
